Terms of service

REVIEW COPY. Not effective. Founder and Claude approval required before publication.

These proposed terms are being checked before paid subscriptions open. They do not replace the terms supplied with a current trial. Trials remain available by enquiry, and no live payment is being taken through this review copy.

1. Who provides Bloooom

Bloooom by Zaltt is provided by Zaltt Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17240841. Our registered office is 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Contact sales@zaltt.com about the product, a subscription or a refund.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders

The sentence above describes the proposed paid checkout. Paddle's buyer terms and privacy notice also apply to an order placed through Paddle. Review and sandbox checkout do not open live sales.

2. What the service is for

Bloooom is a Revit plugin with cloud rendering. These terms cover the plugin and the cloud rendering service it connects to. Local AI is covered by a separate written arrangement.

Bloooom creates an AI image from a selected Revit view, your prompt and settings. Use it to explore materials, light and mood while deciding what to design.

Bloooom is for deciding, not delivering. AI can change geometry, materials and other details. Check every result against your model and professional requirements. A result is not a construction drawing, specification, compliance check or verified final deliverable.

We do not promise that every request will produce the image you expect or that the service will always be available. Your legal rights when a service is faulty are not affected.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you buy for a business, you must have permission to do so.

Each person needs their own access code. One code is for one person on one computer. Do not share a code, resell access or let another person use your allowance. Company plans require at least three seats; each seat follows the same rule. Contact us before changing computer or Windows profile.

Use the service only for lawful architectural and design work that you have the right to upload and process. Do not send work if a client agreement, confidentiality duty or other restriction prevents cloud processing. Do not upload illegal material, infringe someone else's rights, try to bypass security or use the service to cause harm.

Do not reverse engineer or resell the software or service, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be excluded. Separate open-source licences continue to apply to their components; these terms do not take away rights granted by those licences.

4. Your work and cloud processing

You keep the rights you have in your model, input and output. These terms do not promise that an AI result will qualify for copyright protection or be free of third-party rights. You remain responsible for checking how you use it.

The cloud service sends your exported view, prompt and settings over an encrypted connection to a machine Zaltt runs in Poland. We do not train models on your work or sell your view or result. We ask separately each time we want to use an image in Zaltt's marketing.

The current deletion work is incomplete. Stored jobs and backups can contain image copies, and a two-hour deletion deadline has not been proved. Prompt text is also retained in usage records. Do not rely on a two-hour limit for confidential work. Read Where your view is processed, documentation review before sending work.

5. Plans, prices and payment

The proposal is monthly billing only. A paid subscription renews each month until cancelled. The plan, allowance, amount and renewal terms must be shown before you confirm payment.

Proposed price wording: Prices in US dollars, including tax. You pay exactly what you see. This describes the amount charged at checkout in US dollars. A bank or card provider may charge its own currency-conversion or other fees.

The proposed Individual plan is $39 a month. The proposed Company plan is $69 per seat a month, with three seats minimum, totalling $207 a month. Local AI remains custom pricing by enquiry. Student checkout availability and the final currency configuration are still being confirmed. No Student paid checkout is promised by this draft.

The monthly allowances are:

  1. Student: 300 renders and 100 enlargements. The allowance is retained for review; paid availability is awaiting confirmation.
  2. Individual: 600 renders and 200 enlargements.
  3. Company: 1,000 renders and 350 enlargements per seat.
  4. Local AI: a custom arrangement, with the scope agreed separately.

A daily limit applies as well as the monthly allowance. Check the limit supplied with your access code; do not assume that the whole monthly allowance can be used in one day.

Unused allowances expire at the end of their period and do not roll over. Failed or refused renders do not use a render credit. A render uses credit only when its output is delivered. The paid-plan allowance is separate from any allowance agreed for a free trial. See Plans and allowances, documentation review.

6. Getting access

Unmesh replies personally and currently issues access codes manually. The plugin is supplied as a zip file, with a security code if needed. Payment and access records need to be checked before paid access is arranged. This draft does not promise instant activation or automatic deactivation.

Trials remain separate from paid checkout. Trials are free while payments are being set up. Request a trial through the Bloooom page; a trial enquiry does not create a paid subscription.

7. Refunds and cancellation

You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any plan. No explanation is needed. Contact sales@zaltt.com or Paddle with the order details. Paddle handles the payment refund.

After that, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. There is no partial-month refund unless the law or a service failure requires one. Cancellation stops future renewals; it is separate from asking for a refund of a payment already made.

See the proposed Refund and cancellation policy for the steps. This policy adds to, and does not remove, your statutory rights.

8. Problems and responsibility

Contact us if the software, access code or service does not work as described. Tell us what happened without sending passwords or confidential project material. We will consider the problem and the remedy required by your contract and applicable law.

We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing here removes a consumer's statutory rights. We are not responsible for a loss caused by your use of an unchecked AI result where the law permits that exclusion.

9. Changes and governing law

We will publish the effective terms and tell affected customers about a material change before it applies. We will not use a change to remove rights that already apply to a payment.

These proposed terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live still apply. For other disputes, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

This review copy has no effective date. Paid checkout must remain disabled until the terms and the working billing process are approved.
